1. How do I place an order?

There are two ways of ordering from the site:

1. You can order by phone and pay via POS terminal,

2. You can make an online order and pay online.

To make an order by phone please contact the Customer Service Department by tel.: 099 799 498.

To place an online order at, first of all You need to register at the site. Go to “My Account” page and register.

Explore the Catalogue, to find what You need. After You click on the item You like, there are 3 options:

1. You can choose Your size/color and click on the purchase button and buy it right at the moment,

2. You can add the item to Your Shopping bag, where You can add other items too, then buy different items at the same time,

3. You can add the item to Your Wish list and buy it later or delete it.

To buy items online from You need to have a credit card, which belongs to ArCa (Armenian Card) system. You should register Your credit card at and receive Your Virtual card number. While making a purchase at You’ll be prompted about filling in Your Virtual card number to make the payment.

The use of Virtual card number keeps the money on Your credit card 100% secure.

2. When will my order be processed?

If Your order fits all authorization criteria, then all orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm will ship out the same business day. All other orders will ship on the following business day. 


3. Do I have to pay with a credit card? Can I pay by cash?

You can pay online with a credit card or via POS terminal. 

4. Which credit cards do You accept?

If you pay online, we accept all credit cards /Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, etc/ that belong to ArCa (Armenian Card) system. If you pay via POS terminal, we accept Maestro, MasterCard, ArCa.

5. Is it safe to use credit cards?

While shopping at, You are not using Your credit card number, but a virtual card number given to You by, which makes the shopping at absolutely safe!

6. Why was my payment declined?

If You receive a message that we were unable to authorize or charge Your credit card, please check with the issuing bank for Your card. Credit cards may be declined for a variety of reasons, such as a technical error during processing, and we do not have access to further information. 

7. When will I receive my order?

Depending on the time the order was made, You will receive the items the same day or the next business day.


The shipments may be delayed by extreme weather conditions or other force majeure situations. In such an event, we will post about any delays or expected delays. 

8. Why Was My Package Undeliverable?

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund. Please double-check Your address carefully when placing a new order.

Failed Delivery Attempts.

Most of our carriers make two attempts to deliver a package. All packages ordered online require a signature. If no one is present to sign and accept the delivery after two attempts, the package will be returned to us.

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If You would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, You are welcome to place a new order on our web site.

If You suspect Your order cannot be delivered as addressed and You have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 2 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

9. Are there Shipping Restrictions? 

Yes. Those restrictions may prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. You'll be notified if we're unable to ship specific items to the address You've selected.

10. How do I return an item?

In case You are not happy with Your purchase, You can return the item to the carrier the very moment You received it or during 7 days from the purchase date. To return the item please contact with the Customer Service Department. 

11. Do You ship orders outside of Yerevan?

Yes, we ship orders outside of Yerevan.


12. What are the shipping rates?

The shipping inside Yerevan is 500-1000 AMD. For the shipping rates outside Yerevan please contact the Customer Service Department.

 13.  What does “Exclusive” mean?

If You see the word “Exclusive” written for a certain item, it means the item has a limited quantity (i.e. 1 item for every size), and will not be coming back to the store.


14.  How do I know what size to buy?

Buying shoes online may be difficult when You can't try them on. We carry a huge selection of brands and styles, some of which vary slightly in their sizing. If we know a shoe tends to run large or small, we'll add that information to the product description. If You are considering a brand-new item that has not yet been reviewed, we suggest following our fit tips:

How do I find the right fit?
Before You Buy
1. If shoes are only available in whole sizes, order the next half size up if You are in between sizes.
2. It's normal for one foot to be larger than the other; fit against the larger foot.
3. If You don't know Your size in athletic shoes, generally order a half size larger than Your normal size.
4. If You are familiar with the brand, order the same size You usually wear in that brand--the sizes displayed on our site are from the manufacturers.

Most people's feet swell slightly as the day progresses due to body temperature and regular activity. To get the best fit, try Your new shoes on till the afternoon.
Don’t forget that new shoes tend to fit tighter in the beginning, but later they may break a little.

15.  What is the Wish List used for?

A Wish list is used to save items that You like or want to purchase at a later time. The Wish list does not hold inventory. If an item sells out it will be removed from Your Wish list.
To create a Wish list You must register.


16.  I want to purchase an item that I see online, but You don't have my size/color. Will it be coming back in stock?

Unfortunately, most items are not restocked. We like to keep our inventory fresh and full of newest styles and products. We recommend that if You see something You like, place Your orders as soon as possible! However, You can contact us with the style name, so that we can check on a restocking date.


17.  Do You have a print catalog?

No, at this time, we do not offer print catalogs. You can see all the products at our site.
